Games : Halo 4 Capture The Flag Forge

I am making a custom map on Halo 4 for capture the flag. I finished the map and went to custom game, went on the map on capture the flag, but the flags are not there. How do I get the flags to spawn when the game loads so I am able to capture them? I put the flag stands down and made their teams ted and blue
