I went and got some servers (thenexus/mineplex) onto my laptop and my PC, when i play on the laptop it works fine, a little laggy but fine, but when i play on the PC it says "Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.io.IOException: Bad compressed data" or similar things, i have tryed turning off Firewall security, but that didn't help.
