Games : Is there any way to play Bejeweled 3 with fewer gems colors?

I'm a fan of Bejeweled Blitz for Mobile Devices. Not addicted, but I love the daily challenge, especially when you get to play with as few as four colors.

Is there any way (by fair means or foul) to get the same sort of game play out of Bejeweled 3 for the PC, as in, is it possible to play with fewer than the standard number of colors in Bejeweled 3? (in any game mode, to be more specific : I am aware that in Diamond Mine, the number of colors seems to be reduced by a significant margin, but I would love to be able to play Blitz on Bejeweled 3 with 4 colors).
