Games : Did Funcom have a suggestive aspect to it (insider joke)?

I don't get one of the jokes from the Noob Comic (#318) which apparently is telling some kind of insider joke about Funcom.

The comic starts with devs at "Clichequest" talking and announcing that they have hired a new GM who had experience working at Funcom (maker of Age of Conan and The Secret World), then the next panel is the new GM making suggestive double entendres as he answers a player's stuck petition.

What is the joke here? I have not played any of the Funcom MMOs so I don't know the background.
