In Disgaea D2, I downloaded a few DLC characters after starting the game.
The bill to summon Fuka and Desco was available immediately, with them joining my party immediately afterwards at level 1.
However, I don't have any bills to summon the other characters. From the Disgaea wiki I can see that Fuka and Desco are slightly different in that they were promotional characters in Japan, which could explain why they were the only ones to be available at the start of the game.
When will I be able to access the other DLC characters? Will I have to beat the story before their bills become available?
