Games : Why is my Bioshock Infinite texture freaking out?

Good day to all of you. I would like to ask why this is happening to my Bioshock Infinite. When I started the game it wasn't really like this. Everything was running fine and smooth until halfway through the game and Elizabeth, a character in the game and my companion, showed this kind of glitch around her dress and neck. At first I didn't mind this but as I progressed, some of the other entities began to posses this kind of glitch as well, even the ones in the title screen. Now it is up to the point where I find it extremely difficult to play because these glitches are distracting.

I have already tried a few remedies other forums have suggested but sadly none of them worked. I also tried installing different versions of NVIDIA but none of them seemed to work. But there is one I have not tried. One suggestion stated that Bioshock Infinite works best with NVIDIA version 314.22 but its installer says that it is not compatible with 8.1.

Now I am stuck in this chapter because I don't want to progress the game and lose the enjoyment of playing the game to its full extent. Somebody please help.

I should also mention that there has also been this severe flickering everywhere. The walls do it, the leaves do it, everything does it. :(
