Games : In Wasteland 2, how do you proceed after jamming the west door in the central complex in the Ag Center?

I am attempting to complete the quest to spread the cure in the Ag Center. I have encountered the west door - the same one in this question: How to open the door in the Central Basement on the path the Western Fields?. I tried to lockpick it, jammed the door, then repaired the lock, then tried to lockpick it again and it jammed again, now there is no option to repair the lock. Is there any way to get throught the door now?
