Games : I can't log into my account even though I already reset my password

I wanted to play, but the game said it needed authentication. Then, I tried to log in with my email, and put in my Monang account password, but it said I had entered the wrong password or username. I reset the password, and I tried to log in again with that password, but it still said the same thing!
