Games : Here comes the eternal problem of Steam

As i said in the title, i got the problem that everyone had at least one time...

I installed TF2 about 2 days now and I wasn't able to play online.

• I couldn't find any server with the server browser in TF2.


• I tried to use the steam server browser then. I found tons of servers but when I tried to join them, TF2 throw the famous "Connection failed after 4 retries".

I use Frozenway, and was able to play a lot of multiplayer games.

What I already tried :

• add "+clientport 27015" to the laucher config


• join a server using "connect " with TF2 console


• Disable anti-virus and firewall


• Restart Steam/TF2 lot of times


• Restart PC


• Check files validation


• Delete some files (don't remember, sorry ...)


• Open some ports with Frozenway


• Reinstall TF2

I'm pretty sure I have to do something with frozenway, but i didn't find something about this on the Internet.

Any ideas ?
