Games : Why can I not click on any buildings except the astronaut complex?

I have a really good save file, it's in sandbox mode, but I have lots of things in it, and recently it became unusable. Every time I loaded it up, I couldn't click on any facilities except for the astronaut complex. When I did click on the astronaut complex, it's music would keep playing after I exited the building. Whenever I click on any other buildings, nothing happens. Is this fixable? I can click on the runway an launchpad and those work though. I am currently running 0.90.0.
