Games : What's the name of a game about a sphere/orb/ball rolling down 3D spirals

Played this game somewhere in 2005/2006. A ball/orb/sphere rolls down these 3D spirals. Every level changes color (I remember yellow and purple). If you fell out off the spiral you 'died' and had to start all over again. I have no screenshots/videos because I was a kid when I played it and we usually played it on birthdays.
