Games : Spawn Controls 1.7.10

There's the Lycanite's Mobs mod, that included different types of mobs (for desert, for forest etc). I'd like to have a world with desert mobs, a world with forest mobs etc. Creating worlds isn't a problem. I'm interested how can I spawn one type mobs to one type world. I guess, I need something like Mob Spawn Controls mod, but it hasn't 1.7.10 version.
