My game keeps freezing and I carnt set it back to factory settings because I have a game that I downloaded and I don't know what to do! I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It keeps on freezing as soon as aluin (the dragon) comes and attacks Hegen. Is there a way to get skyrim up and running again without having to wipeout all my data?
