Games : How well can i run Mount and Blade Napoleonic Wars? [on hold]

I am looking to get this game and am wondering what an approximate fps would be on 1650x1050 resolution and medium to high settings. The minimum system requirements are NVIDIA GeForce 8600M / ATi Radeon 2400. my computers specs are MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013) 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Intel Iris 1536 MB
