Games : Help me identify this game [on hold]

I used to play this game on my p4 PC way back in 2000/2001. It had RC like cars on a dirt track, but while racing you could pick up weapons and fire them at cars around you to obstruct them and allowing you to take the lead. You had weapons like missiles which i remember very clearly. It had neat graphics for that time. I tried googling for hours but could not find a screenshot of it. Dirt shows up the new Dirt games, or I ran into games likes Dirt Track racing which is not the game I am looking for.
