Games : Do I need to pay extra to play FUT on FIFA 15 for a PS3?

I am not sure if this forum is the right place to ask this question, but no one on the EA community is helping.

I plan to get FIFA 15 on my PS3 and wanted to ask if I needed to pay extra or get some PSN membership or something to play FUT and other online features.
