Games : Can you tie in Hearthstone?

I'm curious about some of the hearthstone rules - If a warlock plays hellfire when both heroes are at 3hp or less, who wins? Do you tie?

Or if, hypothetically speaking, your opponent has 5hp, and you have 3hp. You play a leper gnome, and then hellfire. Does your opponent win? Do you tie?
