Games : Why cant I download bf4 premium on my ps3 from my friends ps3 account

I have been trying to find someone to gameshare battlefield 4 premium on ps3. I have finally found someone, we tried to gameshare but when i logged into his account (Yes i did deactivate then activate to be sure) I could download his purchases. however when i got done downloading it never showed up. He is using a master account and i am using one of the sub accounts from that master account. how do i get it to finally work? or is it some sort of setting that HE has to change on the master account before the download with actually work?
