Games : Why can't I view my guild Chronicle?

Ever since 2 weeks ago I'm not able to view my guild chronicle. Whenever I click view, it always comes as blank! It's starting to really annoy me. I thought it was a bug waiting to be patched but I've waited for 2-3 weeks now, if anyone has some info please tell me!
