Recently I have encountered a problem while downloading the standalone Minecraft launcher. I haven't been on Minecraft since early December so it's all pretty new to me. Every time I try and open the Minecraft launcher, it says I don't have the appropriate permissions to access it. I didn't know what happened, I even went as far as scanning for viruses and re-installing it. If anyone knows what to do, please reply.
