Right when you leave Dali in disc 1 and are climbing the ladder to board the Cargo Ship to Lindblum/Alexandria, as Garnet/Dagger is climbing and Zidane is rushing her, he reaches his right arm up and reaches somewhere on her body and she swats back at him, to him replying, "Ooooh soft!" or something of that sort. Is this a clear depiction showing that he actually touched her in a ... say ... inappropriate, unexpected manner? You can't tell where he's grabbing either and it happens in the spur of the moment, showing no reason why he decided to do it at that point and no other.
When they climb up, he even says, "I said I'm sorry." He apologizes for whatever he "did" too.
What did he do though?
