Games : Xbox 360 Controller and 'Grow Home'

I have a wired xbox 360 controller, and I want to use it on Grow Home, partly because it advertises controller support. I have already tried using my controller for Fork Parker's Holiday Profit Hike, and it works fine there. I have also used it for Nintendo Gamecube emulation, and it works fine there as well. However, I have no idea how to use it on Grow Home. I cannot find any in-game settings to use the controller instead of the keyboard either, since Grow Home doesn't allow the player to bind keys manually. Any ideas?
