Games : When in the faction server imcpe, loading screen stops loading. How can I fix this without resetting my username?

on Minecraft pe, me and my brother joined a faction server ( imcpe ) and I can get in normally but his doesn't load fully, it's goes about 3/4 of the way then stops, but mine loads fully. So I tried everything then I changed his username and it worked. The annoying thing is though, it happened again and then not long after it happened another time, I'm running out of passwords and emails to give him and it's annoying to have to reset everything, including the faction statuses. If this wasn't bad enough, mine started doing it too, so now I can't even promote him and I have no way of getting back into our faction if I reset my username. We've tried waiting a long time but it doesn't work, our wifi connection is perfect and we've tried re-typing in the server. Has this happened to anyone else? The server ip is imcpe.com and the port is 19132
