Games : So I bought a game new it was freezing so I took it back for another copy and now that one is freezing too what should I do? Help please

so I took the second copy of the game back again and so I was getting mad thinking I never have had a problem like this before so I took dragon age inquisition back to gamestop for second time and so they finally gave me my money back and so I bought another game this time I bought sniper elite 3 and I also bought a one year warranty. So after it finished installing I opened the game for the first time and it said loading data and It was sitting on a loading screen for about an hour and it didn't freeze it was just loading. So I'm just asking for some advice please help I don't know what to do. I am starting to think that between the two games that were both new and replaced twice and now this game but it's not freezing just on a loading screen forever
