Games : Minecraft - How to make all the blocks around you disappear when you fly through them?

I want to know how to make all the blocks around you disappear when you fly through them and come back when you're not near them. This is different from my other "How do you make blocks around you disappear when you go near them." I want to know about how to make it where, in a regular Minecraft world, every block you go a certain distance near, will disappear, and come back when you fly away from it.
