Games : Game doesn't recognise my nvidia graphic card

I have a problem with to open a game by nVidia graphic card. The problem is that I open the game by using high performance graphic card but my PC insist to open it by using Intel graphic card. My computer is Asus n53sn-sz129v and it has nVidia gt 550m graphic card and Intel hd 3000 on board card. GPU drivers are updated. I also tried reinstall them but it doest work
