Games : Why won't supercell automatically respond? [on hold]

So I desperately want to change my clash of clans username because I hate it and it's embarrassing and I have been mocked for it, so I went ahead and took a screenshot of this guy who was repeatedly mocking my name, I went to help and support and I messaged supercell about it, I included what my current name is, what I want it changed to, why I want it changed and I also included the screenshot of the person who had been mocking my name and what they had said. Now I know that you are supposed to automatically receive a message back saying wether or not your reason is valid enough to be looked into, yet I did not receive one. Does this mean that they have not received it and they will never receive it or does it mean that they have not yet received it but they will soon? Someone please help me...
