Games : Steam and Teamspeak not working

So I logged on today, and realized Teamspeak was not connecting to the server I log on to every day. I restarted my router with the expectation it would work, it didn't. I had also realized Steam was having a tough time connecting to the internet, and I have no idea what's happening. The funny thing about this is that all functions are carried out normally that require internet.
