Games : Random Telportation on Damage

I am playing FTB Infinity (1.3.1) with a friend of mine, and since a few days said friend always teleports up on taking damage, kind of like an Enderman. We reset his luck and disabled the random teleport from OpenBlocks and deleted his playerdata on the Server, but it still keeps happening :/
