Games : how to obtain super saiyan in dragon ball xenoverse

I'm trying to obtain or buy super Saiyan, but i don't know how can i obtain the ability, my character is a Saiyan level 20+/- and i just finish cell.

In the store isn't it, also I didn't obtain in any mission.

anyone knows how to do?
