Games : Does Time Spirit trait inflict more damage than Deity Power?

I mean the elemental damage they deal. Time Spirit and Deity Power both derives from Spirit Power, I tried to create 2 Alchemy Staves with only one of either traits but Time Spirit increases weapon stats, which makes objective comparison of their elemental damage rather difficult

I do not care about the extra slow effect from Time Spirit, bosses are invulnerable to slow
