Games : Are there any benefits to ranked play?

I recently started playing Hearthstone. This evening, I tried out ranked play. I got through the first ranks quickly and am now at level 20. According to the Hearthstone Wiki, I can't drop below rank 20 once I've reached it, so I should have this month's card back in the bag (please correct me if this is wrong). So i was wondering, are the any benefits to ranked play in contrast to "normal" play mode? Like, any special awards that can be unlocked at certain levels / ranks?
