I heard of the whole MagicAmy affair in the Hearthstone Esport community, and have a hard time finding out why the guy would even do it.
A little overview of the affair:
It seems that a korean female player by the name of MagicAmy was not playing Hearthstone herself. She would be on camera while streaming, but another player would actually be playing the game. She was good enough to win a weekly qualifier for a big tournament. (ESL if I recall correctly)

Question :
The male player in this affair, what is his endgame? What does he have to win? He doesn't have an "easier" route because it would be a female tournament (there is no gender separation in Hearthstone, AFAIK), and nothing would keep him from entering the tournaments himself. So why play as MagicAmy if he could win the same playing as himself?
