I know that the questline is supposed to start from Bowmistress Li, but unfortunately, I do not have any quests there with my main. I came back a few days before WoD was release and was questing Pandaria only briefly, so I have barely finished any quests while I was rushing to 90 from 85 to be ready for the addon.
I have unlocked the main city for Pandaria and did some brief questing in Jade Forest, however, I did not end the story line for the White Knight. Could that be the culprit?

So what are the exact prerequisites to get started with the Klaxxi?
