Games : Upgraded internet connection, but CS:GO is running slower?

I moved from a place that had a 1Mbps internet connection to a place with a 35Mbps cable internet connection.

Since the move, however, I am unable to play Counter Strike online - its just way too laggy.

I ran a Ping Test and got pretty decent results - 12ms.

Would anyone know why this is and how I could fix it?
