Games : Lost village. PLEASE HELP

I was a maxed out town hall 7, then one day I lost my phone on the side of the highway(long story) Anyway, I bought a new phone. First thing I did was download clash of clans and logged in before linking my Google plus or Facebook account. It made me start over, then I linked my accounts...nothing happened. I've been mailing clash support every day for a month (I even sent them 10 receipts from old account for gem purchases. I gave all my information and reciepts. What can I do?
