This week the Iron Banner is back in Destiny, but I have a question about the way the loot he offers in his shop have 'random' perks.
If a weapon is on sale in his shop, and you can see the perks it has, is this the one you'd receive if you bought it? Are the randomly generated perks applied as it appears in his inventory, so you're seeing what you'll receive, or do they change when you purchase the weapon?
I understand you can re-roll the perks if you aren't happy...
