Games : how to kill all entities of a specific type EXEPT the youngest one

I want to put armor stands when I stand on a block but when I stand it summons alot of armor stands so I tried /kill @e[type=ArmorStand.c=!1] to kill all exept the youngest one but killed all so what to do I need help
