four/five years ago I played a very nice 2d racing game.
It supported online racing, modding of cars, circuits ecc... I remember the community developed all the major F1 circuits like SPA, Monza, but also lot of fantasy circuits.
The game run only on Win.
The game was continuously developed, and if I'm not wrong f1 races had KERS too!
As last clue, I remember that the developer was probably from Spain, since the default sound package in the game was in Spanish. For instance you heard the game saying "carreras" intead of "races".
So the question is: do you remember the name of this game ? I'm completely unable to find it online.
