Games : EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) [duplicate]

I load up the minecraft launcher and sign in, then click play and it takes a few seconds for it to load, minecraft shows up for about 1 second with a black screen and then goes back to the launcher and gives me this message:
