Games : Do you know any game that is easy to make mods or scripts or build terrain ingame? [on hold]

I played garry's mode ofcourse i dont like that. I mean, San Andreas multiplayer is based on home made server scripts that everyone can make. That's good but pretty old game and arent many obj or effect features and boring sometimes. Or for example Sw:jk jedi academy (best game ever btw) there is a mode called LUGORMOD when u play on that mod you can build on the mp server and spawn npcs or create quests like in wow. But that game is very old too :( ... Do u know anything like these?
