Games : disable voting in client csgo

yeah I wanna disable it in client and preferably using cli.

Im not the server owner/admin, all I want is to disable others votes and dont want to participate in any kind of middle game voting (I want to keep the voting at the end of a match).

It is kinda annoying to me and distracts me when Im in rush or something that requires most attention.

Please help.
