Games : Clash of clans I tried to transfer my old iPhone to my new iPhone but it wants to transfer the new to the old

So I just got a new iphone 6 and I wanted to transfer my clash of clans from my old iPhone 5 to my new iPhone 6 and I tried to do it but every time I go onto my iPhone 5 it wants to transfer my iPhone 6 account to the iPhone 5, I need help fixing this and then transferring the account on the 5 to the 6! Please help
