Games : Cannot remember an old PC (Windows) game name

I had a PC game when I was a kid and I played it on Win XP and 98. I love to find it again. The scenario was Boat Fighting.

There was two type of gaming in that game: Player VS Computer and Player vs Second Player. We could choose a character for playing. Characters where humans, animals and ... . Every character had their own boats.

After choosing characters we could enter game. There was a pool with a wall in middle. The wall had a gap that opponents could shoot bombs and other weapons from that. They could also send Octopus, Darkness, Rain and ... to opponent playground.

If water in any side reached to the top, the gamer was game over.
