So I gifted myself ARMA 3 for XMas and have been trying to download it ever since. It keeps resetting, I have downloaded 40+ GB and have 13.3GB in the download directory but no game folder. There is a Desktop Icon to start the game but this just activates steam and it starts the download all over again from 0% and says there is 10.5GB to go. Is there anyway to salvage the files on the disk. I have a reasonable fast link but limited data allowance per month (20 GB) so you can see I have already squandered two months allowance on one game. I have read most of the solutions for similar issues but none quite match my problem. Thnxs in advance.
